Every Thursday and Friday evening, indulge in a four-course set menu where each and every dish is enhanced by fresh, succulent crab, priced at an incredible price of $518* per person. The menu begins with a duo of Crab Meat in Mango and Crab Cake, followed by richly flavoured Alaskan Crab Legs with Garlic Butter made on the distinctive Josper Grill.
For the main course, choose your favourite from a selection of the finest international fruits of the sea including Fresh Crab Meat Spaghetti with Crab Tomato Sauce, Baked Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Crab Meat Crust or Surf and Turf made with Pan-fried King Prawn and Beef Tenderloin.
