ABOVE & BEYOND EXTENDS WEEKEND DIM SUM LUNCHES

On both Saturday and Sunday anytime from 11:00 to 16:00, diners are invited to sashay into Above & Beyond’s stunning Terence Conran-designed dining room with jaw-dropping views over the harbour and while away the afternoon in style with a pot of fine Chinese tea and acclaimed Chef Paul Tsui’s incredible dim sum creations.
 
To celebrate the restaurant’s extended dim sum lunches, Chef Paul Tsui launched four dynamic new dishes. Set to tempt taste buds are Steamed Shrimps and Sea Cucumber Dumplings with premium ingredients filled with health benefits and packed with auspicious good fortune. 
Steamed Garoupa Fillet Dumplings with Ginger and Spring Onion that are as delicious as they are beautifully presented. Moreover, Crispy and tantalising Deep-fried Shrimps Spring Rolls with Preserved Vegetables and Pork, and luscious Baked Custard Buns, which are the perfect complement to the restaurant’s famous Chilled Mango Sago Cream with Pomelo for dessert.
 
In a city where dim sum lunches roll into evening cocktails and beyond, there’s no place more perfect to kick off a weekend afternoon!
