Available from 10 September 2026, GREEN’s new set lunch menu is crafted for those who embrace a mindful lifestyle, seamlessly blending sustainable dining with culinary artistry. Thoughtfully curated with farm-fresh local vegetables, hormone-free seafood, and tender grass-fed meats, each dish is artfully paired with balanced carbohydrates—such as low-GI rice—to unlock pure, vibrant flavours, offering a midday feast that nourishes both sight and palate.
