Starting 13 July 2026, The Market debuts a brand-new “Miyazaki Wagyu and Seafood Feast” Dinner Buffet. Alongside the unlimited supply of crowd-favourites like Grilled Alaskan Crab Legs, Lobster with Seafood Congee, and Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi, indulge in an exquisite array of premium A5 Miyazaki Wagyu delicacies.

Crowned "Japan’s Number One" with three consecutive Wagyu Olympics championships, Miyazaki Wagyu features magnificent marbling and a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Highlights include the live-prepared Pan Fried Wagyu Tongue Core/ Steak, alongside global fusion creations like Japanese Shogayaki Wagyu Patty, Massaman Curry Wagyu Oxtail, Wagyu Sushi, and Bak Kut Teh with Wagyu Beef. Don't miss the nightly highlight: Wagyu Beef Spanish Paella. Prepared live at the buffet station to perfectly lock in the rich essence of Wagyu, its irresistible aroma elevates the dining atmosphere to its peak.
 
From now until 12 July 2026, the existing "Lobster and Alaskan King Crab" Dinner Buffet continues to recreate an authentic local feast inspired by Lei Yue Mun. Experience premium seafood delicacies elevated by live cooking and robust wok aromas, featuring Poached Geoduck in Superior Broth, Stir-fried Geoduck with Lao Gan Ma Chili Sauce, Grilled Alaskan Crab Legs, Pan Fried Blue Lobster, and Stir-fried Golden Crab.
