Leap into Wonders Afternoon Tea
Celebrate the festive season with Leap into Wonders Afternoon Tea, marking The Market’s first collaboration with Chow Sang Sang. Executive Chef Danny Ho draws inspiration from thebrand’s flagship collection YuYu, blending minimalist elongated lines, aquatic shapes and the graceful choreography of schooling fish into a radiant afternoon tea experience.
The three-course experience begins with a “Jewels of the Sea”, where golden sea urchin and jewel-like caviar create an elegant interplay of colour and flavour. For the main course, “Sea Urchin Udon with King Crab Leg and Salmon Roe” combines rich ocean flavours with a radiant golden broth.
A shimmering gold tea stand, shaped around the YuYu Collection’s signature marquise-shaped lines, showcases “Matcha Cream and Yuzu Napoleon” alongside gold-dusted “Pu-erh Tea Italian Chocolate Ball” and free-flow GODIVA Chocolate Soft Serve. Complete the experience with “Golden Durian Pandan Sticky Rice”, available as an add-on for HK$68.
