Programme 1:
  • An 18-month Programme
  • For entry level and junior supervisory colleagues to foster their development to become team managers
  • Equips participants with vital supervisory skills through daily practical, experiential, project-based or theoretical learning, intra-departmental rotation and various leadership workshops

Programme 2:
  • An 18-month Programme
  • Customised to develop managers and supervisors with a minimum of one year of work experience
  • Consists of three successive modules - the ‘ICONIC Rotation’, ‘Be an ICONIC Leader Workshop’ and ‘ICON Project’
  • Equips participants with leadership capabilities to lead the team & manage the operation
     

 
Programme 3:
  • An 18-month Programme
  • Designed for senior managers
  • Consists of a specially designed ‘Be a Strategic Manager Workshop’, which includes Marketing and Financial Management modules
  • Further enhances managerial and business decision-making skills by developing participants’ strategic mindsets, and equipping them with foundational skills of dissecting revenue figures to strategising and implementing innovative business solutions
 

Programme 4:
  • A 24-month Programme
  • For departmental or divisional managers/ directors
  • Further enhances participants’ strategic thinking skills in order to qualify as an Executive Committee member
  • Training opportunities include External Executive Development Workshops and Overseas Training
