Accountant
To prepare payment requests and disbursement schedules and month-end closing related to accounts payable
Human Capital Officer
Assist in monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate report on all allowance/deduction, transaction, staff movement, termination and report generation.
Director of Events
Analyses current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase events & catering revenue.
Reservation Specialist
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Store & Receiving Supervisor
To oversee daily operations of receiving, storing, issuing and accounting for all merchandise including general supplies, food & beverage supplies, operating supplies and operating equipments by maintaining proper and updated records of all merchandise entering and leaving the storage areas.
Club Lounge Supervisor
Provide courteous, professional and efficient Food & Beverage service at all times
Health Club Attendant
Oversee the daily operations in the fitness center and pool area to ensure guest safety.
Duty Manager
Provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all hours. Resolve problems arising from guests’ complaints and report all guest compliments and suggestion to the management.
Guest Services Officer
Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check in and out efficiently according to established procedures.
Senior Event Sales Manager - MICE
- Assist in management of all event sales activities including direct sales and sales administration. Plan and attend related events & catering function.
Room Attendant
Clean assigned guestrooms according to standards and procedures and replace all used amenities in guestrooms.
Security Officer
Carry out asset protection and loss prevention measures and provide personal and general security for guests, visitors and staff.
Call Service Center Officer
Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries. Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
Team Leader / Waiter / Waitress / Receptionist
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment. Prepare and serve food and beverage at assigned Hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel.
