Guest Services Officer
 

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures
  • 以禮貌的方式迎接所有抵達與離去的賓客,並依照既定程序高效辦理入住與退房手續
  • Provide courteous and efficient service and comply with guest reques
  • 提供禮貌且高效的服務,並配合賓客需求
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
  • 具酒店管理或相關學科文憑者優先考慮
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset
  • 精通英語、粵語及國語,掌握其他語言者較佳
