Senior Sales Manager – Rooms
Job Responsibilities
- Work together with Director of Sales and plan strategies and sales plans to achieve the sales goal
- Source and develop new business opportunities
- Review direct competition, recommend tactics and strategies
- Establish and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients
- Achieve the monthly and annual personal target and the corporate segment target room night production and room revenue
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned by Director of Sales
Job Qualifications
- Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury hotel
- Solid knowledge and experience in corporate sales
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Proven problem solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Delphi system would be advantageous
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua with good writing skills
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sales Manager
