Call Services Centre Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency.
- Be familiarized with the handling of equipment in the Telephone Room.
Job Qualifications:
- Certificate in hospitality / hotel study or related discipline
- Knowledgeable about the software including to but not limited to OPERA system, E-connect and electronic devices, etc
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other languages would be an asset
