Call Services Centre Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide courteous service and respond promptly to guests’ requests and inquiries. 提供禮貌周到的服務,並迅速回應賓客的要求與查詢
- Handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls with courtesy and efficiency. 以禮貌且高效的方式處理所有來電與去電
- Be familiarized with the handling of equipment in the Telephone Room. 熟悉電話室設備的操作流程。
Job Qualifications
- Certificate in hospitality / hotel study or related discipline 酒店管理/飯店研究或相關學科證書
- Knowledgeable about the software including to but not limited to OPERA system, E-connect and electronic devices, etc 悉相關軟體系統,包括但不限於OPERA系統、E-connect及電子設備等
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other languages would be an asset 精通英語、粵語、普通話及其他語言者將獲優先考慮
