Bar & Club Lounge Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in developing the Club Lounge’s concept and structure
- Supervise and execute the lounge’s operation
- Oversee the development and implementation of F&B strategies with products and services that meet the Club Lounge’s and the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives.
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided are consistently maintained
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard preferably pitched at deluxe level
- Higher Diploma in related discipline
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
