Global Seafood Lunch & Brunch Buffet

During the weekday lunch buffet and weekend brunch buffet, indulge in a seafood extravaganza, featuring Baked Scallop with Seafood and Cheese Sauce, Cold Crab Leg and Steamed Japanese Oysters and more. From 2 January 2026, do not miss the new highlights such as the ever-popular Crab Meat Bun (weekend brunch only), Thai Stirred Crab Meat Fried Rice, Crab Meat and Fish Maw Noodles or Bak Kut Teh and Ginger Coconut Milk Ice Cream with Crispy Fish Maw, to name a few. Guests enjoying the weekend brunch can further elevate the experience with free-flow sparkling wine.
