Guest Services Officer
Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures. Sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guest satisfaction. Inform other concerned departments of arrivals, room changes, check-outs and any other special arrangements that need attention
Be fully conversant with spa services and facilities. Handle and accurately record all guest bookings for spa services. Upsell spa services and spa products.
Clean assigned guestrooms according to standards and procedures. Perform general cleaning tasks using standard Hotel cleaning products as assigned and in order to adhere to safety standards. Replace all used amenities in guestrooms.
Public Area Cleaner
Perform general cleaning duties in public areas. Respond to guest requests.
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment. Prepare and serve food and beverage at assigned Hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel. Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests. Observe and monitor staff individual performance, grooming and punctuality.
Waiter / Waitress
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment. Prepare and serve food and beverage at assigned Hotel’s outlets. Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests.
Produce and prepare Western food products at the assigned Hotel’s outlets. Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the Western kitchen, work areas, kitchen utensils and other materials and equipment. Prepare and ensure food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
Responsible of washing utensils and equipment in restaurants and kitchens. Provide polishing of silverware, kitchen cleaning and garbage disposal services.
Technology & Innovation Officer
Maintain and coordinate all hands-on technical support, operations, data processing, and maintenance of Hotel’s Information Technology systems. Coordinates and follow up to the service providers for all escalated technical issues. Assist supervisor to establish and/or implement projects, operating procedures and standards.
Able to handle all payment, check suppliers invoices, reconcile suppliers’ statements and reimbursement of staff claims. Able to handle revenue audit and prepare revenue reports. Assist accounts payable and revenue audit month end journal entries and schedules.
Take shift duty in operating and maintaining the engineering plant and equipment in the hotel. Carry out maintenance and repair work as required. Carry out other engineering duties as instructed by superiors.
