Accountant – Costing
Job Responsibilities

Assist in implementing a system of control to avoid excessive cost by reducing waste and other losses without sacrificing quality

Assist in working with the Food & Beverage Department and to constructively assist in pricing, testing and menu planning, as well as the actual control of the cost.

Assist with inventory/stock accounting, including receiving verification, stock take support, and variance investigation

Prepare routine reports (e.g., daily revenue summary, F&B cost reports) and ad-hoc analysis for management.

Assist in strengthening internal controls and support internal/external audits and documentation requests.
Job Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in costing
- Ability to work independently, with a high attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and able to work with different departments.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese); Mandarin is an advantage.
