Guest Relations Officer - Rooms
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high quality of services offered to guests through maximum recognition and attention from arrival through departure. 透過從抵達到離店全程的極致關注與關懷,為賓客提供高品質的服務體驗
- Coordinate with F&B team to provide club lounge service. 協調餐飲團隊提供會所酒廊服務
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, efficient and friendly service on Club Floor. 確保所有賓客於貴賓樓層獲得迅速、高效且親切的服務
Job Qualifications:

Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred. 具酒店管理或相關學科證書者優先考慮Excellent command in English, Cantonese, Putonghua and any other language would be an asset. 精通英語、粵語、普通話及其他語言者將獲優先考慮
