Foodies, it’s time to come out of your shells… From 9 May, GREEN is serving up jet-fresh sustainable Spencer Gulf Blue Mussels from South Australia during lunch and dinner hours.
Feast on a choice of one kilogramme or five hundred grams of live mussels served in various cooking styles – your choice of Steamed with White Wine Broth, Red Thai Curry, Portuguese Style with Chorizo, Tomato and Coriander, Sautéed with Black Bean Garlic Sauce or Poached with Lime and Chilli Sauce and Garlic Saffron Mayonnaise along with sizzling French Fries and crispy Garlic Bread.
