實習生計劃

 
唯港薈由世界著名學府 ─ 香港理工大學酒店及旅遊業管理學院所創辦,是一所教學酒店,提供完善的教學設施,包括會議設施、教學餐廳、教室、圖書館及多個科技實驗室。唯港薈將菁英學生分成訓練小組,致力教導他們成為酒店及旅遊業的未來接班人,同時為業界提供一個卓越和創新的平台。立即在唯港薈展開你在酒店業的將來。
 

以心款客培訓計劃

 
唯港薈於2017年開始推行「以心款客」培訓計劃,以啟發及建立新一代酒店及旅遊業人才,為客人創造美好而深刻的住宿及餐飲體驗。此計劃旨在提升現有360名員工和實習生的服務質量,從而達至「共同創造輝煌」的成果。
 
計劃包括為期三日的培訓,目的是為了提高同事及實習生的技能和知識,同時,協助團隊建立自我意識及領導情商能力。
 
培訓亦涵蓋培養同理心,我們鼓勵同事互相尊重,學習管理衝突及解決問題,藉此提升團隊質素及生產力。

美酒佳肴學院

 
由唯港薈與理大酒店及旅遊業管理學院創立的「美酒佳肴學院」,透過學習與實踐方法培訓專業人才。學院為初學者與業內人士提供有關美酒佳肴的專業知識和相關技能,從而增強他們的興趣。
 
唯港薈及理大酒店及旅遊業管理學院定期舉辦實用工作坊,由淺入深教授有志者有關美酒佳肴的知識。這些實用工作坊有助逐步提高您對學習美食及葡萄酒的興趣。

Revenue Manager
  • Work jointly with General Manager and Director of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management team to analyze findings of daily metrics to implement a results-driven action plan
  • Responsible and takes full control of the Reservations Department in terms of operation procedures
  • Maximize hotel revenue by managing reservations while coordinating with other departments in order to attain the best possible occupancy and rate.
  • Managing accounts and maintain good relationships with key partners to ensure online revenue targets are met
  • Set up various online marketing campaigns on different OTAs
  • Monitor the performance in various online channels
  • Update hotel information, images and policies etc. shown on all electronic channels and make sure all channels are up-to-dat
Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Hotel or Hospitality Management and/or E-commerce specialization preferred
  • Extensive hotel experience with minimum 2 years of on-property hotel revenue management and e-commerce discipline
  • Proficiency in web-related software, familiar with Property Management System, OPERA, Delphi, Synxis, and IDEAS G3 and/or SiteMinder will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skill
  • Willingness to teach revenue management and travel to conferences for continuing education programs
  • Comprehensive understanding of demand evaluation and effective pricing
  • Ability to evaluate and execute a results-driven action plan
  • Experience managing innovation projects independently and presenting conclusions to fellow team members
