实习生计划

 
唯港荟由世界着名学府 ─ 香港理工大学酒店及旅游业管理学院所创办,是一所教学酒店,提供完善的教学设施,包括会议设施、教学餐厅、教室、图书馆及多个科技实验室。唯港荟将菁英学生分成训练小组,致力教导他们成为酒店及旅游业的未来接班人,同时为业界提供一个卓越和创新的平台。立即在唯港荟展开你在酒店业的将来。

以心款客培训计划

 
唯港荟于2017年开始推行「以心款客」培训计划,以启发及建立新一代酒店及旅游业人才,为客人创造美好而深刻的住宿及餐饮体验。此计划旨在提升现有360名员工和实习生的服务质量,从而达至「共同创造辉煌」的成果。
 
计划包括为期三日的培训,目的是为了提高同事及实习生的技能和知识,同时,协助团队建立自我意识及领导情商能力。
 
培训亦涵盖培养同理心,我们鼓励同事互相尊重,学习管理冲突及解决问题,藉此提升团队质素及生产力。

美酒佳肴学院

 
由唯港荟与理大酒店及旅游业管理学院创立的「美酒佳肴学院」,透过学习与实践方法培训专业人才。学院为初学者与业内人士提供有关美酒佳肴的专业知识和相关技能,从而增强他们的兴趣。
 
唯港荟及理大酒店及旅游业管理学院定期举办实用工作坊,由浅入深教授有志者有关美酒佳肴的知识。这些实用工作坊有助逐步提高您对学习美食及葡萄酒的兴趣。
