SAVOURARTISTIC EXPRESSIONS TASTING MENU
From 24 to 31 March, take your seat at Terence Conran-designed modern Cantonese restaurant Above & Beyond for a meal that’s as mouthwateringly delicious as it is breathtakingly beautiful. In collaboration with local ceramic artist Yokky Wong, esteemed chefs Paul Tsui and Danny Ho will be bringing art and design to the table with their Artistic Expressions Tasting Menu. An exquisite dining experience awaits with a specially designed six-course menu featuring dishes like Wok-fried Prawns with Tangerine Peel and Fermented Black Bean, Chef Paul’s signature Crispy Chicken, and a Chocolate Bun dessert created by Chef Danny in an ode to Yokky’s childhood, all presented on thoughtfully created ceramic tableware created by Yokky especially for Above & Beyond. From the use of vibrantly hued glazes as “colour therapy” for the diner, to hand-pressing bowls with lotus plants as a tribute to her parents unwavering support, each stunning plate, bowl and platter is a work of art unto itself, making the delectable dining experience all the more alluring. |

SIPCocktails inspired by Local Artists
Throughout the month of March, paint the town at Above & Beyond with a menu of specially crafted cocktails that pay homage to our favourite local artists and designers. Take a scintillating sip of the Hong Kong skyline with our artisan “Pearl of the Orient” cocktail inspired by the restaurant’s iconic painting View of Hong Kong from Victoria Peak by local artist Kim SungHo and its magnificent harbour views. Add a splash of the arts and the flavour of the exotic to your evening with the “Lotus Cocktail” inspired by local fashion designer and Hotel ICON partner Janko Lam’s enticing creations. |
