Leading The Way! Hotel ICON Hosts Diversity And Inclusion Conference
On 12 December 2017, Hotel ICON will be organising the first-ever Diversity and Inclusion conference for the hospitality industry in Hong Kong – an event dedicated to sharing knowledge about best practices and actionable tools which will foster positive change in the workplace.

This is just one of many activities Hotel ICON is participating in to support equitable and inclusive practices this year. The hotel will also be a major sponsor for the Pink Dot Hong Kong LGBT diversity and equality carnival on 22 October 2017, as well as the Hong Kong Pride Parade on 25 November 2017. |
Additionally, the hotel has just announced that employees and their legally married spouses of the same gender will receive full medical insurance coverage and benefits starting October 2017. |
