GUEST SERVICES OFFICER
 

  • Greet all arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner and check them in and out efficiently according to established procedures
  •  Sell rooms in a manner designed to maximize revenue and occupancy with guest satisfaction
  •  Inform other concerned departments of arrivals, room changes, check-outs and any other special arrangements that need attention
