What is your favourite aspect of the We Love to Care Programme?

 

It has helped accelerate my career development. After being nominated in the Leadership Development Programme, I had the chance to learn from directors from different departments, it has better equipped me with leadership capabilities in order to manage the operation team. It has also allowed me to participate in Food & Beverages marketing campaigns, innovative projects and training opportunities.

What is your favourite aspect of the We Love to Care Programme?

 

Being born with a hearing impairment, I felt that my abilities wereconstrained in my previous job, I enjoy the inclusive working environment at Hotel ICON where everyone is warm and welcoming. The We Love To Care programme takes the time to train and coach me; I feel that my contribution is valued here.

What is your favourite aspect of the We Love to Care Programme?

 

I have been working at Hotel ICON for 8 years, I enjoy making tailor made uniforms for staffs, it puts a smile on their faces and it makes me happy. Winning the We Love to Care service award has encouraged our team to work more as a ‘close-knit’ family. I like that the programme recognizes our performance and contribution to the hotel.

What is your favourite aspect of the We Love to Care Programme?

 

I had been working at Hotel ICON since 2011, I worked as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. In recognition of my efforts and work performance, I received a position created especially for me, called Restaurant Customer Service Director. Even after departing from Hotel ICON and the team, I will carry on spreading the We Love To Care culture.
