Assistant Restaurant Manager - Above & Beyond
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor, supervise and execute the restaurant operations
- 監督、管理並執行餐廳日常營運工作
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment used by food and beverage sections
- 確保餐飲區域、工作場所、餐具器皿及其他物料設備的清潔與維護
- Menu design and suggest suitable beverage pairing
- 參與菜單設計並提供專業餐酒搭配建議
- Prepare and serve of food and beverage at assigned Hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel
- 在指定酒店餐飲區域及酒店內外舉行的活動中完成餐品酒水的備餐與服務工作
- Attend to guest complaints, inquires and requests
- 處理客人投訴、查詢與特殊需求
- Observe and monitor staff individual performance, grooming and punctuality
- 觀察並評估員工個人表現、儀容及出席守時狀況
Job Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in Food and Beverage Operations, preferably in upscale Chinese establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level
- 具備至少5年餐於高級餐飲營運的工作經驗，具高級中式餐飲場所服務經驗者優先
- Higher Diploma in related discipline
- 具相關學科高級文憑者優先考慮
- Working knowledge of PC software programs (MS Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
- 具備電腦軟體操作能力（微軟Word、Excel、PowerPoint等）
- Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills
- 卓越的表達能力、溝通技巧及職業輔導能力
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua
- 需精通英語、粵語，國語
- Knowledable in wine pairing is preferrable
- 具備餐酒搭配知識者優先
