Bartender & Club Lounge Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the lounge's operation
- 執行行政酒廊營運工作
- Implementation of F&B strategies with products and services that meet the Club Lounge’s and the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives.
- 落實符合酒廊與飯店顧客需求的服務策略，推行相符的餐飲產品與服務方案
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided are consistently maintained
- 確保所提供之餐飲與服務的準備過程及品質始終如一地維持
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard preferably pitched at deluxe level
- 具備最少一年於高級餐飲營運的工作經驗
- Higher Diploma in related discipline
- 具相關學科高級文憑者優先考慮
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- 熟練運用英語、粵語及國語溝通
