Bartender & Club Lounge Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute the lounge’s operation 執行行政酒廊的運作
- Implementation of F&B strategies with products and services that meet the Club Lounge’s and the Hotel’s target customer needs, service strategy and initiatives. 執行餐飲策略，提供符合貴賓廳及酒店目標顧客需求、服務策略與計畫的產品與服務
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food, beverage and service provided are consistently maintained確保所提供之餐飲與服務的準備過程及品質始終如一地維持
Job Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard preferably pitched at deluxe level具備至少1年餐飲營運經驗，服務標準以豪華級別為佳
- Higher Diploma in related discipline相關學科高級文憑
- Good command in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua精通英語、粵語及普通話口語表達
