Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a professional, friendly, neat and pleasant image to guests and colleagues
- 保持專業、友善、整潔且愉悅的形象,面對賓客與同事
- Anticipate guest need and handle guest inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
- 預先洞察賓客需求,並以樂於助人且細心周到的態度處理賓客查詢
- Ensure luggage delivery is efficient in accordance to the hotel service standards and procedures
- 確保行李運送服務符合酒店標準流程
Job Qualifications:
- Certificate in hotel management or related disciplines preferred
- 具酒店管理或相關學科文憑者優先考慮
- Good communication skills and conversational in English and Putonghua
- 具備良好溝通能力,能使用英語及國語交流
- Strong knowledge of the community, area and region
- 熟悉本地社區、區域地理及風土人情
- Familiar with the events and attractions, tours, travel routes, and transportation schedules
- 精通各類活動景點、旅遊路線及交通時刻訊息
