• A minimum of 8 years of culinary experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role 至少8年廚藝經驗，其中至少5年擔任管理職務
• A creative soul with an appetite for global culinary trends, balanced with the discipline to run a highly organized kitchen. 一位兼具創意靈魂與全球美食趨勢敏銳度的廚師，同時具備嚴謹紀律以管理高度組織化的廚房運作
