• Co-ordinate and participate in all F&B activities at The Market. 
• 協助及參與所有於 The Market 的廚房運作

• Ensure that the buffet setup and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards. 
• 確保自助餐的擺設及食物質素持續符合酒店標準

• To prepare and supervise daily mise en place and assure that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels. 
• 需協助預備早餐的準備工作，確保各部門根據預期營運需求，備有新鮮及高質素的食材

• To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications. 
• 確保食譜及產品規格準確保存

• Overnight Shift required 
• 需輪值通宵更

• At least 1-2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience. 
• 具備最少一至兩年於高級餐飲營運的工作經驗，曾參與開業前後工作者優先考慮

• Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
• 具備良好儀容、溝通及表達技巧

• Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
• 需懂流利廣東話，懂英語為佳
