Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate and participate in all F&B activities at The Market.
- 協助及參與所有於 The Market 的廚房運作
- Ensure that the buffet setup and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per Hotel standards.
- 確保自助餐的擺設及食物質素持續符合酒店標準
- To prepare and supervise daily mise en place and assure that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels.
- 需協助預備早餐的準備工作,確保各部門根據預期營運需求,備有新鮮及高質素的食材
- To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
- 確保食譜及產品規格準確保存
- Overnight Shift required
- 需輪值通宵更
Job Qualifications
- At least 1-2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
- 具備最少一至兩年於高級餐飲營運的工作經驗,曾參與開業前後工作者優先考慮
- Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
- 具備良好儀容、溝通及表達技巧
- Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
- 需懂流利廣東話,懂英語為佳
