Engineering Manager
Job Responsibilities
- To plan, schedule, control and implement all Engineering related operation, repair, maintenance and renovation activities and programs of the Hotel. 負責規劃、排程、管控及執行飯店所有工程相關之營運、維修、保養及翻新活動與計畫
- To be responsible for safe, reliable operation and efficient operation of all engineering plants and equipment in the hotel through regular inspections and preventive maintenance. 透過定期檢查與預防性維護，確保酒店內所有工程設施與設備安全可靠且高效運作
- To be responsible for maintaining reliable operation and efficient performance of all fire and life safety equipment in the hotel through regular maintenance and fire drill exercises. 負責透過定期維護與消防演習，確保酒店內所有消防及生命安全設備的可靠運作與高效性能
- To be responsible for general safety of the hotel as well as work safety of the staffs. 負責酒店整體安全及員工工作安全
- To be in-charge for energy conservation program of the Hotel. 負責酒店節能計劃
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in which at least 3 years in Duty Engineer position備至少8年相關工作經驗，其中至少3年擔任值班工程師職務
- Higher Diploma or Certificate in Building Services/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering建築服務/機械/電機工程高級文憑或證書
- Good in problem-solving skills and communication skills具備優異的解決問題能力與溝通技巧
