Event Sales Executive / Event Sales Coordinator
 

• Assists in management of all event sales activities including direct sales, sales solicitation, sales administration, public relations and management of the event sales team. 協助管理所有活動銷售業務，包括直接銷售、業務開發、銷售行政、公共關係及活動銷售團隊管理
• Handle guests' enquiries by email and phone call透過電子郵件及電話處理賓客的查詢
• Plans and attends major catering related functions策劃並出席主要相關活動

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field 銷售、市場行銷或相關領域之學士學位
• Relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience相關經驗或同等學歷與工作經驗的組合
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company具備與客戶、員工及第三方互動的能力，其表現能充分彰顯酒店、品牌及公司的卓越形象
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities. 問題解決與組織能力
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and preferably Putonghua with good writing skills. 流利掌握英語、粵語口語，並具備普通話能力為佳，同時擁有良好的書寫能力。
