Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
 

• Conduct inspections of guestrooms, guest floor areas and back of the house areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security. Report defects to Engineering Department and remind the room attendants for any observed deviations to established standards. 對客房、客用樓層區域及後勤區域進行巡查，確保符合清潔、維護、安全及保安標準。 將發現之缺陷通報工程部，並針對任何偏離既定標準之情況提醒客房服務員
• Inspect all designated work completed by Room Attendants and Cleaners to take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices. 檢查客房服務員及清潔人員完成的所有指定工作，採取適當措施糾正不足之處、行為問題及工作慣例
• Provide training and complete progress reports for new Room Attendants on the assigned guest floors. 為派駐指定賓客樓層的新進客房服務員提供培訓並完成進度報告
• Handle and follow up complaints in order to ensure guest satisfaction. 處理並跟進客訴，以確保賓客滿意度

• Supervisory or training experience in Housekeeping supervisory levels of responsibility is preferable. 具備客房部主管級別的監督或培訓經驗者優先
• High school or equivalent education required. 需具備高中或同等學歷
• Certificate in Supervisory course or equivalent disciplines. 督導課程證書或相關學科之同等學歷
• Basic computational ability. 基礎計算能力
• Able to speak, read and write English, Cantonese and Putonghua. 具備英語、廣東話及普通話的聽說讀寫能力
