Spa Receptionist
Job Responsibilities
- Be fully conversant with spa services and facilities 對水療服務及設施瞭若指掌
- Handle and accurately record all guest bookings for spa services 處理並精確記錄所有賓客的水療服務預約
- Upsell spa services and spa products 推廣水療服務及水療產品
- Enhance guest recognition at all times by interacting with guests them on a professional level 透過以專業態度與賓客互動,時刻提升賓客認同感
Job Qualifications
- Experience in hotel Spa operation in an upscale, deluxe hotel is preferred 具備高級豪華酒店水療中心營運經驗者優先
- Good interpersonal skills and service oriented 具備良好的人際交往能力及以服務為本的精神
- Cheerful, outgoing and guest oriented 樂觀開朗、善於交際且以賓客為本
