Countdown to the Year of the Dog, ICON Style
As the Year of the Rooster comes to a close, we’ve got lots to crow about at Hotel ICON. Before we em-bark on even more exciting adventures, let’s paws and countdown to the Year of the Dog, ICON style!

10 – Leading the Way Hotel ICON hosted the first-ever Diversity and Inclusion conference for the hospitality industry – an event dedicated to sharing knowledge about best practices and actionable tools to foster positive change in the workplace.
9 – Making History To celebrate Hong Kong’s win to host Gay Games 2022, we launched the 'Pride Room Package' – a two night stay geared toward hip, urban travelers looking to learn more about Hong Kong’s LGBT culture.
8 – Going Green-er Hotel ICON is the first in Asia to implement ORCA (Organic Refuse Conversion Alternative) technology that turns food waste into water, which is then used to irrigate the hotel’s stunning vertical gardens.
7 – Stepping into the Future Hotel ICON experimented with artificial intelligence in 2017 and currently has two robots on staff: Jeeves, an autonomous delivery robot by Konica Minolta who delivers drinks at the 9th floor pool bar, and an Intellibot vacuum robot by Diversey, who is the newest member of the Housekeeping team. |

6 – Dining with the Stars Singapore’s acclaimed Michelin Star Chef Jason Tan hosted an exclusive one-night-only pop-up restaurant at Hotel ICON’s buzzy brasserie GREEN, bringing his unique Gastro-Botanica cuisine to dazzle our city’s most refined palates.
5 – Tempting Tastebuds With foodies in mind, Hotel ICON launched the 'Very Hong Kong' culinary adventure - three decadent days and two food and fun-filled nights for guests to discover hidden street stalls and local favourites, while learning about the city’s history and culture.
4 – Going the Extra Mile We published a book featuring personalised guests experiences that showcase our unique ‘We Love to Care’ philosophy - a service culture with a deep sense of care and commitment for the individuality of guests, which encourages employees to think out-of-the-box. |

3 – Celebrating in Style Hotel ICON was selected as the 'Best Hotel Wedding Banquet in Kowloon' by renowned local online media company ESDlife – confirming that our spectacular Silverbox Ballroom is the ideal backdrop for the city’s most memorable weddings and events.
2 – Training the Best Hotel ICON won a 'PATA Grand Award for Education and Training' for our ‘Being Brilliant Together’ initiative, bringing our highly competitive internship programme into the global spotlight.
