Grilling Good Times: Hot from the Josper Oven at GREEN

Food fans and chefs alike around the world know that the Spanish-made Josper oven produces arguably some of the finest cooked meats available, thanks to its 100% charcoal cooking in a controlled atmosphere.

 

Now diners at Hotel ICON’s GREEN, the French brasserie spectacularly located under one of Asia’s largest vertical gardens, can kick back and enjoy these seriously tempting dishes.

 

Choices include Norwegian salmon fillet with cedar wraps, Canadian Black Cod with herbs and caramelized lemons and of course beautiful premium meats such as succulent herb-marinated lamb chops, filet mignon or US striploin.

 

What’s more, every Thursday night the Josper comes into action for our newly-launched Charcoal Night set dinner, featuring enjoy a range of tempting and mouthwatering dishes.

 

For just $458 per person, for a minimum of two people, you get four courses plus a bottle of wine! Choose from salads then soups, before the difficult choice between a succulent mixed grill, American prime ribeye with Armagnac pepper sauce, roasted salmon fillet with asparagus and hollandaise, or Icon’s famous burger with truffle aioli, arugula, tomato and your choice of cheese.
