As a quintessential part of Hong Kong’s cultural landscape, the French May Arts Festival this year will include more than 80 programmes across 2 months, from heritage and contemporary arts, paintings and design to circus and dance, classical music, and film. The Festival also features various educational programmes, talks, guided tours, workshops, and masterclasses. Returning for its seventh edition this year, Art Central will be held in late March at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. Art Basel

Cancelled and switched to an online viewing room last year due to COVID-19, this indeed had all the art lovers in Hong Kong feeling very bummed. New Vision Arts Festival

The New Vision Arts Festival, named “ReNew Vision” for 2022, is a cyber art festival where local and overseas artists collaborate and realise a unique online art experience for their audience. With rich and captivating storytelling centering around our world and Hong Kong, this avant-garde art event presents its programmes of dance, music, virtual reality, and visual arts across one month later this year. One of the highlights of the Festival Aria, a multimedia concert based on the subject of environmental protection, features the Grammy Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning Theatre of Voices, who will partake in the form of hologram alongside the Hong Kong Children’s Choir.
