Attendees were greeted with a champagne welcome and the chance to personally meet this inspiring and innovative chef before sitting down to an exquisite five-course “Arte le Jardin” tasting menu paired with fine wine. Gourmet coffee and fine truffles created using Tan’s ethically sourced botanicals and served alongside the hotel’s stunning vertical gardens completed the enchanting evening.
