Sought-after in the industry as a hospitality-related consultant, Hotel ICON recently launched the SHTM+ICON consultancy services together with the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) of PolyU. This consultancy offers its clients solutions to management issues such as integrating revenue management with customer relationship management and how to improve a hotel's reputation online.

Both Hotel ICON and SHTM have had a long history of offering high-level consultancy and professional advisory services to private and public organisations.
