Meticulously incorporating seasonal fruits, the artistic journey commences with the refreshing and light Green Apple and Melon Fruit Salad. Following this, our exquisite main courses make their grand entrance. Whether you choose the Sirloin with Mushroom and Yuzu Pepper or Salmon with Black Glutinous Rice and Lemongrass Coconut Sauce, each dish unfolds like a modern piece of art on your table, simultaneously captivating your eyes and palate.
The sensory feast continues with exquisite French pastries handcrafted from premium fruits flown directly from Japan—including Shizuoka melon, Miyazaki mango, Kumamoto watermelon and Shine Muscat Grape.
