Malaysian Durian Festival 2026
Hong Kong’s largest durian event, the Malaysian Durian Festival, is making its highly anticipated return to Hotel ICON, featuring star guest Amy Yip at the launch session.
This year, indulge in 10 freshly opened Malaysian durian varieties, beginning with a Premium Malaysian Durian Platter showcasing the rare, bittersweet D200 Black Thorn Boba, D197 Musang King, and D13 Golden Bun. Then, indulge in our first-ever Free-flow Durian Experience with unlimited servings of top-tier favorites like D198 Golden Phoenix, D163 Hor Lor, and D88 Darling.
Beyond the fresh durian, the festival will showcase refined durian-infused delicacies and authentic Malaysian specialties. Each guest will enjoy an exclusive serving of Double-boiled Coconut Soup with Durian and Braised Abalone with Durian in Golden Broth. At the live station, Malaysian Chef Kelvin crafts authentic flavours including Penang Prawn Mee, Penang Rojak, and Penang Loh Bak. Elevate your durian journey with an array of decadent Durian Desserts and free-flow Venchi Durian Gelato.
Adding to the excitement, "Durian Prince" Chef Danny Ho will host live interactive Q&A sessions on stage.
