Indulge in heavenly durian dessert creations made with the lauded Mao Shan Wang, D24 and D197 Durians as The Market launches its 100% original Durian afternoon tea by Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho, renowned for his legendary skill in creating delicacies from the “King of Fruits”.
Diners may begin with their choice of house made lemonade, gourmet illy Coffee or fine TWG Tea, before feasting on a basket of Hotel ICON’s Traditional Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam. A bountiful spread of sweet treats follow, including highlights such as Mao Shan Wang Durian Pudding, D24 Durian, Matcha & Lychee Roulade, D197 Durian Cheese Puff and Durian Kampung Cheesecake.
Diners can then indulge in specially made South East Asian savoury highlights, before completing the luxurious afternoon tea experience with unlimited Signature Homemade Durian Ice Cream.
