Back by popular demand, the seasonal Coffin Bay Pacific Oysters^ nurtured in the pristine, nutrient-rich waters of South Australia are available at GREEN on the Coastal Oyster Dinner Menu, offering a firm, plump texture and a distinctively crisp saltiness with a sweet, lingering oceanic finish

From 18 May, All‑You‑Can‑Eat Oysters add-on is available every evening from Monday to Sunday at just HK$58 per person*. The experience centers around a Four‑Course Dinner Menu— appetiser, soup, main course and dessert—refreshed every two weeks with seasonal inspirations, including World Seafood Tower, grilled lobster tail, Australian M4+ Black Angus beef and Argentinian grass‑fed beef tomahawk.

Free‑flowing wine, sake, cocktails, and mocktails are included to perfectly enhance the evening mood.
