Our signature Beach Glass Oysters are naturally tumbled along the shores of Hood Canal and polished by the winter waters of Willapa River, offering smooth shells, plump texture, and a clean, sweet finish.
From now, our All‑You‑Can‑Eat Oysters add-on is available every evening from Monday to Sunday at just HK$48 per person*. The experience centers around a Four‑Course Dinner Menu— appetiser, soup, main course and dessert—refreshed every two weeks with seasonal inspirations, including World Seafood Tower, grilled lobster tail, Australian M4+ Black Angus beef and Argentinian grass‑fed beef tomahawk.
Free‑flowing wine, sake, cocktails, and mocktails are included to perfectly enhance the evening mood.
