This winter, GREEN presents a refreshed Coastal Oyster Dinner Menu, celebrating the vibrant tastes of the Pacific. Our signature Beach Glass Oysters are naturally tumbled along the shores of Hood Canal and polished by the winter waters of Willapa River, offering smooth shells, plump texture, and a clean, sweet finish.

From 2 February, our All‑You‑Can‑Eat Oysters from add-on at HK$48 per person* is available every evening from Monday to Sunday. Complementing this, our new Four‑Course Dinner Menu—featuring an appetiser, soup, main course and dessert—refreshes every two weeks with seasonal inspirations such as Boston Lobster and Australian M4+ Black Angus Beef.
