Starting from 3 April 2026, inspired by the iconic seafood flavours of Lei Yue Mun, “Lobster with Alaskan Crabtastic” Dinner Buffet celebrates the theatre, freshness, and generosity of a true Hong Kong seafood feast—brought to life through live cooking, premium crustaceans, and bold wok aromas.
 
Indulge in our new geoduck delicacies, prized for its natural sweetness and signature crunch. Savour it gently poached in superior broth, or stir-fried with seasonal greens, allowing its pure flavour and texture to shine.
 
Seafood lovers will also enjoy a generous selection of buffet favourites, including Grilled Alaskan Crab Legs, Hokkaido Scallop Sashimi and Fried Golden Crab with Salted Egg, alongside an indulgent showcase of lobster creations. Highlights include Pan Fried Blue Lobster, Lobster with Seafood Congee, and Lobster Salad with Quail Egg, each prepared to highlight depth and richness.
 
A true crowd favourite, the Flaming Mud Crab with Roe is prepared live at the buffet station—tossed over roaring wok flames for irresistible aroma and drama, night after night.
