Launching this June, The Market is the first restaurant in the world to create Asian dishes made with US-based IMPOSSIBLE® Foods’ plant-based “meat”.
 
Hotel ICON was the first hotel outside the U.S to launch the “IMPOSSIBLE® Burger” at its bustling brasserie GREEN. Now, in another groundbreaking first, The Market’s award-winning buffet incorporates IMPOSSIBLE® Foods’ “meat” into a variety of delectable Asian dishes.
Master chefs from Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and China create authentic dishes like Thai Spicy Country Sausage, Tandoori Kebab with Cucumber Raita, Braised Eggplant with IMPOSSIBLE® Mince and Chilli Sauce, Samosa with Mint Chutney, Crispy Fried Won Ton with Sweet and Sour Sauce, and more.
