Inspired by the restaurant’s contemporary settings, Executive Chef Wong Chi Ki has created a range of seasonal dishes to elevate your dining experience to new heights. Highlights include Steamed Spotted Garoupa Fillet with Spinach, Egg White and Marmoreal Mushrooms, Wok-fried Pork Spare Ribs with Cherry and Hawthorn, and Crispy Fried Deboned Duck with Szechuan Peppercorns. Experience diverse cooking styles of the prized Sabah Giant Garoupa that suit all palates.  Available from now until 30 April 2020.
 
Treat yourself to a lavish tantalising five-course set dinner and savour the Crispy Angus Beef Brisket prepared with Five Spices, Scallop dressed in Chilli sauce with Marinated Cucumber, Crispy-roasted Pork Belly, and Wok-fried Prawns with Black Truffle and Wild Mushroom.
