The five-course Valentine’s Day lunch menu is available at HK$888* per person while a six-course dinner menu is available at HK$1,288* per person with additional serving of Steamed Garoupa Fillet with Caviar and Egg White in Superior Chicken Broth. Both menus include a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Rosé Brut N.V.
