"Afternoon Sea" has launched at GREEN! The three-tier afternoon tea highlights an array of sweet and savoury flavours, including six succulent seafood treats and five exquisite sweet delicacies, all crafted by Executive Chef Danny Ho. What’s more? All afternoon tea guests may also enjoy a two-hour free-flow of Homemade Ice Cream and a complimentary glass of G.H. Mumm Champagne!
Upon patronage of the "Afternoon Sea" at GREEN, guests can experience the finest patisserie with Danny at one of his pastry classes in our fully equipped Hotel ICON Academy Food lab on October 1, 2, 14, 23 and 30 at special price of HK$680 net per person (original price HK$980net).
Every guest at Danny’s pastry class will receive a welcome drink, apron, tote bag, recipe and certification at the end of the class and you may also bring the dessert home. If you are a fan of pastry or the Prince, this is one class you cannot miss (available on a first-come-first-serve basis and while stock lasts).
