COCONUT HONG KONG STORY

Experience a tropical culinary journey at Hotel ICON, where a selection of dishes is featured in collaboration with century-old local coconut confectionery maker, Yan Chim Kee. 
 
Diners are invited to indulge in an exquisite buffet full of tropical flavours, featuring an array of sweet and savory creations to refresh the taste buds. Highlights include the crunchy Tropical Coconut Crusted Chicken Tenders, Laksa Lemak and aromatic Tom Kha Gai (Thai Spicy and Sour Coconut Soup with Chicken), all infused a dash of coconut flavour. 
 
To satisfy diners’ sweet tooth, Hotel ICON’s renowned Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho specifically designed a coconut dessert menu using Yan Chim Kee’s confectionery, including Coconut Mango Macaron, Coconut Sago Pudding, Coconut Pudding, Durian Coconut Candy Ice Cream and more.
