Executive Chinese Chef Chi Ki Wong and talented sommelier Wing Yu will engage your every sense through an enticing six-course dinner menu and the handpicked selection of single malt Scotch whiskies, from the warm amber 12 years old to the remarkable 18 years old.
 
Established in 1779, Bowmore is Islay's first distillery and home to the oldest Scotch whisky maturation space in the world, crafting a collection of perfectly balanced single malt whiskies which defy expectations.
 
Known as a family-owned distillery founded in 1836, Glenfarclas produces highland single malt Scotch whisky using time-honoured traditions and the finest European oak sherry casks.
